At Cozyie, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@cozyie.com.

Return Eligibility:

• Items must be unopened and in their original packaging
• Customers must contact our support team to request a return before sending anything back
• Do not send returns without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
• Opened or used items are not eligible for a refund

Refund Processing:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after approval
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
